Justice

stele_hammurabiThe eternal cycle of humankind is once again taking a turn, falling back to the starting point; war. We have had an unusual long time of peace, but, with the aid of the European Union, people of war has entered Europa.

Let us be frank about it; rapewaves in Sweden, theft by muslim gangsters, organized jihad, different methods of Dawa, muslim missionary work. It cannot go on, and as any other war, especially wars with an ideological foundation, this next coming war will be prolonged and extremely brutal. Already at this point of the conflict, we have incidents of children being gangraped orally, vaginaly, continously by muslim immigrants.

The socalled intellectual elite exels in racism against jews and outright treachery of their own people. All the moral ringleaders fight incidious fights to support the “barbaric” treatment of rapists and thiefs by the danish government. The asylumseekers are not accepted and welcomed, this is seen as a atrocity, and condemed. And among the asylum seekers rapist and thiefes are present. What about the jews? What about the little girls getting raped? Is there no mercy for them? Where are all the softheartet musicians and artist feeling great and desperat feelings of moral concern for the little danish girls?

What is really the just conduct in the face of such hypocracy? What is justice really?

To answer this question, one could search for the foundation of law. In the western world each country has its own definition of the rule of law. This has been usurped quite a bit by the European Union in Europe, at least that is the case here i Denmark, where we have had to face the utter stupidity of a european law based on an economic philosophy. I was absolutely shocked when I heard about it. Such fallacy and superficiality is, in my world, where I discuss these subjects inspired by Plato, Aristotle, Animaxander, absolutely ridicolous.

Law is based on nature. The tradition started in Mesopotamia. In five thousand years, the first cities of the western world were developed. Cities as Nineveh, Eridu, Uruk and Babylon. These citystates laid the foundation of western law, religion, science, art, banking. Some of the traditions have been preserved and developed, such as natural sciences. But the theory of law has obviously deteroriated, and has been reduced to present level of idiocy.

But here is an example of Babylonian law, you might recognice some of the ideals. From the stele of Hammurabi:

… then Anu and Bel called by name me, Hammurabi, the exalted prince, who feared God, to bring about the rule of righteousness in the land, to destroy the wicked and the evil-doers; so that the strong should not harm the weak; so that I should rule over the black-headed people like Shamash, and enlighten the land, to further the well-being of mankind.

To really understand the ideology behind the rule of law, you have to understand the philosophy developed in Mesopotamia. There is a reason why the ethical layer on top of the rules of law is called “law of nature”. It is because the mesopotamians saw the rule of law as an integrated part of nature. The complexety of their understanding of nature is preserved in natural science; physics, biology, astronomy. But it has lost its connection to law. In the time of Animaxander, the connection was still there. Perhaps the laywers and judges of Mesopotamia had an education in the laws of nature on the same level as natural scientists have today.

This is the missing link that should be reconnected in order to get rid of the absolute stupid ideas we are plagued by today.

The connection could be made using the combined philosophy of Plato and Animaxander. Plato because of the inherent elegance of his thought, Animaxander because he represents the link between the semitic kingdoms and Hellas.
